  • 15/05/2023: Start of challenge polls

    Participants can share their temporary training results in the form of 5-fold cross-validation. Results are communicated via email.


  • 14/06/2023: End of challenge polls

  • 15/06/2023: Start of Phase 1 - container testing 🗳️/b>

    Participants can submit their solution and test it against two (2) hidden test cases up to 5 times. The metrics used for the ranking are the median of the Dice Score and Hausdorff distance.


  • UPDATE: 19/07/2023: Start of Phase 2 - cut-off ✂️

    Closing challenge registration

    Participants can submit their solution and test it against five (5) hidden test cases up to 2 times. The metrics used for the evaluations are the MEDIAN and STANDARD DEVIATION of the two metrics Hausdorff distance and Dice score. In this phase, the best 3 submissions will be selected to go on to the last phase of the challenge. A written report must accompany the final submission.

    The output of Phase 2 will be final for the two subtasks on visualization and meshing. We will provide independent rankings at the end of this phase.

    Final version submission. The 3 winners of the previous phase will be contacted by the organizers and will have access to this final phase. The submitted algorithms will be tested locally on additional 150 augmented cases with the metrics P3 and P4. The final podium ranking will be created on the submitted versions.
